HOW WE INSTALL YOUR FLOOR
The system we install
We grind the slab, make the repairs, and install the full-flake system. Here is what the work includes.

Inspect the slab
We check moisture and inspect the concrete before choosing the coating system.
- STEP 02
Grind & repair
Diamond-grind to bare concrete. Fill the cracks and pits before coating.
- STEP 03
Full-broadcast flake
Flake covers the wet base coat fully, right up to rejection.
- STEP 04
Seal the finish
A UV-stable topcoat finishes the system. Drive-on time goes on your quote.

What it costs
The slab sets the number.
A real system includes the grind, crack and pit fill, flake to rejection, and a UV-stable topcoat. We do not quote a garage system that skips the grind.

Warranty
5-year workmanship warranty against peeling caused by our installation. It does not cover impact, chemical abuse, or moisture we warned you about in writing before we coated. You get the warranty on the quote, not as a slogan.
