Commercial & Warehouse Floor Coatings in Houston
Floors that have to survive traffic, forklifts, and spills — and still look presentable to a customer. We match the coating to the load and schedule the work around your downtime, not the other way around.
Or text photos of your space + rough size and how it's used — we'll scope it.
A commercial floor has two jobs: take a beating and look good doing it. A showroom floor and a forklift-run warehouse both need to hold up, but they don't need the same coating — and the fastest way to end up recoating in a year is to put a light-duty system on a heavy-duty floor. We scope the space, match the system to the real load, and work around your hours.
Commercial floors we coat
- Retail & showrooms. A clean, seamless floor that photographs well and wipes down — first impression that survives daily foot traffic.
- Shops & mechanic bays. Resists oil, solvents, and dropped tools; sealed so the concrete stops dusting and stains lift instead of soaking in.
- Commercial kitchens & wash-down areas. Seamless, easy-to-sanitize surfaces with slip-resistant texture where grease and water end up on the floor.
- Warehouses & distribution. Systems built for pallet jacks, forklifts, and racking loads — with the option to add line striping and traffic lanes.
- Offices, breakrooms & medical/veterinary. Quieter spaces that still want a sanitary, seamless, professional-looking floor.
Built for the load, not a catalog
There's no single "commercial coating." Traffic type, chemicals, wash-down, temperature swings, and slab condition all change the system we recommend. When we scope your floor we ask how the space is actually used — what rolls across it, what spills on it, and how clean it has to stay — and match the coating to that.
Scheduled around your downtime
Closing a business to coat a floor costs more than the coating. Where the job allows, we use fast-curing polyaspartic systems that bring a floor back into service quickly, and we schedule around nights, weekends, or phased areas so you keep running. You get the realistic downtime before we start — when you can walk on it and when you can run traffic on it.
Prep is still most of the job
On a big commercial slab, preparation matters more, not less. Every floor is diamond-ground to strip the contaminated top layer and open the concrete, then cracks, joints, and pitting are repaired. Coatings bond into a ground profile and peel off a smooth or acid-etched one. Houston's humidity makes a moisture check worthwhile on ground-contact slabs before committing to a system — a step the low bid usually skips.

Commercial Flooring Questions
What kinds of commercial floors do you coat in Houston?
Retail and showroom floors, shops and mechanic bays, commercial kitchens and wash-down areas, warehouses and distribution space, offices and breakrooms, and medical or veterinary floors that need a sanitary, seamless surface. The system depends on the traffic and what the floor has to survive.
Can you work nights or weekends to avoid closing our business?
Usually, yes. Fast-curing polyaspartic systems can bring a floor back into service quickly, and we schedule around your hours where the job allows. When we scope the space we tell you the realistic downtime up front, including when you can walk on it and when you can run traffic on it.
Will the floor hold up to forklifts, chemicals, and heavy traffic?
That's exactly what the system is chosen for. A forklift-run warehouse, a grease-and-wash-down kitchen, and a quiet showroom all get different coatings. Putting a light-duty system on a heavy-duty floor is how you end up recoating in a year, so we match the coating to the real load.
How is a commercial floor coating quoted?
On the space — square footage, traffic type, slab condition, and how much downtime you can afford. Send photos, the rough size, and how the space is used to (832) 764-8635 and we'll scope it and give you a straight number.
